a) Contact form submissions
When you fill out the contact form on this website, the following information is sent to us via EmailJS (emailjs.com):
- Your name
- Your email address
- Company name (optional)
- Project type and budget range
- Your message
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties beyond EmailJS's processing (see their privacy policy at emailjs.com).
b) Analytics data (Google Tag Manager)
This site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage analytics scripts. GTM may collect:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or search term
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Approximate geographic location (country / city level)
- IP address (anonymised where possible)
This data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Legitimate interest — to respond to your enquiry when you contact us via the form.

You are never required to provide personal data to browse this website.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for up to 24 months for business record-keeping purposes, after which they are deleted.
Analytics data retained by Google is governed by their own retention policies.

We are based in Serbia, which the European Commission has assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection (Adequacy Decision 2013/65/EU).
Our service providers (EmailJS, Google) process data in the United States and other countries. These transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not set first-party cookies ourselves. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish users and sessions. These are analytics cookies used to improve our website.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
