Zlatiborac — Modernization of logistics system
Challenge
Warehouse staff at Zlatiborac were working on a legacy Java app that could no longer be developed or adapted to new needs. The system had to stay running — shutting it down was not an option.
Solution
New Flutter app built from scratch, connecting directly to the existing production databases. Java backend stays untouched and live, workers get a modern tablet interface on top of it. Fully offline-capable, deployed on Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 devices across all workstations.
QuatuorMD — Medical Health Platform
Challenge
A Canadian medical clinic needed a secure patient portal to track metabolic health — with medical-grade security and no reliance on third-party services for sensitive data.
Solution
I developed a Flutter app with a custom AWS backend to keep sensitive patient data within the clinic's private infrastructure. I implemented secure MFA login and a real-time health dashboard, delivering the full system on schedule and within the original budget.
S&I Cleaning — Workforce Management Platform
Maintained and extended a full multi-part platform: Flutter mobile app for field workers, Laravel REST API, and Next.js admin panel on AWS. Built new features for accurate time tracking, shift scheduling, and operational oversight — all synced in real time across locations.

Cross-platform Flutter app with QR code + GPS clock-in, assigned task management, photo upload on task completion, and real-time admin chat. Improved accountability and communication across all sites.
